Job summary

The position emphasizes technical and operational management, plus people leadership, with a focus on ROI evaluation of programs and timely regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in actuarial services related to health care.
• Experience in health insurance.
• Experience estimating IBNR, risk adjustment transfers, and other health care liabilities and assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and communication of actuarial analysis for financial reporting.
• Develop models for IBNR and PDR liabilities and other assets/liabilities.
• Lead trend forecasting and budgeting with FP&A teams.
• Oversee regulatory reporting for CMS and OHA.
• Drive data-driven insights to improve efficiency and decision-making.
