Job summary

WTW is seeking an actuarial intern in our Property & Casualty division. You will work on pricing, reserving, capital modeling, and software implementation across client projects, under the guidance of credentialed actuaries.

The role offers hybrid or remote work in the US with opportunities to gain hands-on experience, learn WTW software, and progress toward actuarial credentials while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance or related field with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong technical skills; Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist pricing and development of personal/commercial lines products.
• Leverage predictive modeling to improve risk segmentation.
• Learn WTW proprietary software and participate in learning opportunities.
• Document, review and present work; monitor progress against deadlines and budget.
