Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ASA or FSA designation with MAAA preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting complex healthcare cost and utilization trends.
• Experience with healthcare claims data and large data sets.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings to leadership audiences through presentations and storytelling.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
• Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and organizational performance through data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of actuarial and analytical associates for Medicaid trend analytics, insight generation, and strategic advisory support.
• Direct recurring trend review processes, ensuring timely delivery of analyses, presentations, and recommendations.
• Translate healthcare cost and utilization analyses into clear narratives for executives.
• Partner with Finance, Clinical, Network, Operations, and Market Leadership teams to investigate trends and opportunities.
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee executive-ready reporting, presentations, and trend materials summarizing key drivers, risks, and actions.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of ad hoc analytical requests.
