Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage bid filing.
• FSA/ASA/MAAA certification.
• Experience in multiple functions (modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending) and more than one product.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 Medicare Advantage regions.
• Review individual MA bids for accuracy and compliance.
• Support recurring forecasts and provide financial guidance to leadership.
• Participate in cross-functional work groups.
• Manage 2-3 direct reports within a total team size of 4-7 associates.
