Qualifications
- FSA and AA credentials required.
- Experience in Medicare Advantage actuarial functions: pricing, reserving, forecasting, bid development.
- Experience deploying AI workflows across functions.
- Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives that influence executive decision-making.
- Ability to communicate actuarial concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of building, mentoring, and developing actuarial teams.
- Thrives in fast-moving environments with opportunities to innovate.
Responsibilities
- Lead Clover’s enterprise actuarial function across pricing, forecasting, reserving, medical economics, Stars analytics, and bid strategy.
- Modernize the function with AI, automation, and scalable analytics infrastructure.
- Build AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort and improve decision-making with governance.
