Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, Building & Construction or related field.
• 7 years of experience in project management, planning or nursing with emphasis in hospital planning.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word processing software; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize new physical environments.
• Collaborate with Operations Improvement and project teams to design and test future state workflows.
• Optimize patient flows within and between departments and care models.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure partnership and collaboration.
• Lead post-occupancy evaluations with department directors for lessons learned and benchmarking.
• Support Activation Planning processes including service-line improvements and knowledge-based development.
