• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure partnership and collaboration.
• Lead post-occupancy evaluations with department directors for lessons learned and benchmark performance.
• Participate in structuring the system-wide Activation Planning process including project-related improvements and knowledge-based development.
