Advocate Aurora Health seeks an Activation Planning Manager to lead the design and execution of activation planning for new environments. The role focuses on optimizing patient flows, care model integration, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and project teams.

The position is primarily remote with travel to project sites as needed, full-time, first shift, with a 40-hour work week. Bachelor-level degrees in business, nursing, or construction are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree required in business, nursing, building and construction or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and word processing software.

Responsabilidades

• Operationalize new physical environments.
• Collaborate with Operations Improvement and project teams to test future state workflows.
• Optimize patient flows within and between departments and care models.
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams for partnership and collaboration.
• Lead post-occupancy evaluations with lessons learned and benchmarks.
• Help structure activation planning processes and develop policies and procedures.
• Support department training on clinical operations impacts.
