Ascend Learning is a national leader in data-driven educational solutions. As an Accreditation Specialist, you will coordinate submissions, maintain documentation, and liaise with internal teams and accrediting bodies to ensure compliance and expand our accreditation footprint.

This remote US role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate across diverse stakeholders, with opportunities to influence governance and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accreditation, compliance, or related healthcare/education operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional writing and organizational skills.
• Experience with accrediting bodies or certification programs preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accreditation submissions and reaccreditation applications.
• Maintain documentation and timelines for accreditation activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, ILAS, and Operations to gather required materials.
• Support industry conference materials and external presentations.
• Contribute to thought leadership and external communications on accreditation.
• Ensure products meet current accreditation standards.
• Audit processes and content for compliance.
