Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with relevant AR/collections/treasury experience or equivalent.
• Level II requires 2 years in AR/collections/treasury; Level III requires 3 years; Level Sr requires 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Fields incoming and outgoing calls about past due or delinquent accounts.
• Provides customer service to internal and external customers.
• Documents account notes with conversations, negotiations and updates.
• Coordinates and supports policy cancellation and appeals with internal teams.
• Communicates with members, brokers and partners on AR and delinquency issues.
• Participates in GAR process improvement and handles large group tasks.
