Job summary

Rytech Restoration, part of Fortify Companies, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage franchise accounts, monitor balances, and resolve billing issues with franchise owners, third-party administrators, and carriers.

This remote role (ideally located in Kennesaw, GA) involves high-volume calling, aging reports, and regular conference calls to keep receivables moving, with 8-hour shifts Mon-Fri and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to adapt to new systems (NetSuite helpful).

Responsibilities

• Monitor account details for non payments and open or aged receivables.
• Make a minimum of 50 phone calls a day to check on outstanding payments.
• Work with external customers to satisfy billing inquiries.
• Develop aging reports for franchisees you oversee.
• Hold conference calls with franchise owners to analyze open receivables.
• Adhere to department policies and procedures.
• Anticipate customer needs and foster excellent service.
• Assist other departments as needed during Cat times.
• Perform other duties to support the team and business.
