Job summary

Rytech Restoration, part of Fortify Companies, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage franchise accounts, monitor balances, and coordinate with franchise owners, third-party administrators, and carriers to resolve billing issues and collect funds.

This is a remote position with on-site training in Kennesaw, GA, and it requires high-volume outbound calls, aging reporting, and regular conference calls to keep receivables moving.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with NetSuite or ability to adapt to new systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work with department leaders and multiple levels of management.
• Experience with collections-related situations; experience in restoration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor account details for non payments and aged receivables.
• Make high-volume outbound calls to check on outstanding payments.
• Work with external customers to address billing inquiries.
• Develop aging reports for assigned franchisees.
• Hold conference calls with franchise owners to plan collections.
• Adhere to department policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments during Cat times.
