Fortify Companies, through Rytech Restoration, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist based out of Kennesaw, GA. This role involves managing franchise accounts, resolving billing issues, and making a high volume of outbound calls to follow up on payments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable and strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. The position offers a hybrid work model with two weeks of on-site training in Kennesaw before transitioning to remote work.

Formación

• Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems like NetSuite.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor account details for non-payments and open balances.
• Make outbound calls daily to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Develop and maintain aging reports for franchise accounts.
• Deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.

Conocimientos

Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to stay organized and manage a high-volume account load independently

Comfort navigating collections conversations
