Rytech Restoration is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage a portfolio of franchise accounts, monitor aging balances, and drive collections across a national network. The role involves extensive outbound calling, collaboration with franchise owners, and regular reporting to ensure timely payments.

The position is remote, with preferred location in the United States and availability for cross-location coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable activities.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative work with leadership and multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Monitor non-payments and aging receivables across franchise accounts.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to collect payments.
• Respond to billing inquiries from external customers.
• Develop aging reports and present findings to franchisees.
• Hold conference calls with franchise owners to plan collections efforts.
• Adhere to department policies and maintain customer service standards.
• Perform other duties to support team needs.
