Job summary

Alacrity Solutions in Fishers, IN is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to manage day-to-day AR tasks. Base pay is $21.00 - $25.00 per hour for a full-time, non-exempt role. You will follow up on payments, generate invoices, and maintain customer files.

Must have a high school diploma and 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience; associate degree preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and Excel is required, and you will communicate with customers and vendors regularly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Follow up, collect, and allocate customer payments.
• Generate billing statements and resend invoices to customers.
• Generate and send invoices to customers.
• Maintain and update customer files including name/address changes.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely entries.
• Provide clear and professional communications with customers, vendors and team members.
• Be available for cross training in other areas within Accounting.
