Job Duties And Responsibilities

Reconciliation and Deposits Within Other Systems

• Approve reconciliations for REPO Plus
• Complete bond deposits in TAM on a daily basis

Approve Payments In Bank/Check Bank Website

• Approve ACH’s initiated in the bank website
• Check Bank website for deposits that have hit our system

Assists Accounting Manager With Mentoring And Other Duties

• Help train new employees
• Lend assistance to other coworkers when the need arises

Assists With Month End Closure

• Book profit sharing amounts at the end of the month
• Book accruals at month end
• Complete balance sheets on a monthly basis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1+ years of relevant work experience required
• Experiences in Excel and/or Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus
