Job summary

Sorren, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to manage collections across a high-volume portfolio in a remote US-based role.

You will contact clients via phone and email to secure payments, resolve disputes, and reduce aging balances while maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be persistent, organized, and capable of working independently in a structured remote environment to meet collection targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable collections.
• Demonstrated experience making outbound collection calls and managing past-due accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client emails and calls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aging and balances daily and identify accounts needing action.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to solicit payments and negotiate arrangements.
• Document all interactions in the A/R system with clear notes.
• Support month-end close with current, well-documented accounts.
