Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a remote role with occasional on-site travel to client locations within the United States. You will follow up with commercial, governmental, and other payers to secure timely reimbursement and resolve claim issues, including denials and appeals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in medical collections preferred.
• Knowledge of claims review and analysis.
• Experience with DDE Medicare system and payer websites.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Follow up with commercial, governmental, and other payers to resolve claim payment issues and secure timely reimbursement.
• Identify and analyze denials, payment variances, and no-response claims; draft and submit appeals.
• Document all activity in the client’s host system or tracking system with accuracy.
• Meet quality and productivity standards within established policies and timelines.
