Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in the United States is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a remote position. You will follow up with commercial, governmental, and other payers to resolve claim payment issues and secure timely reimbursement.

This role requires strong problem solving and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and documenting activities clearly in the client system. Some travel to client sites may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in medical collections preferred.
• Remote position with travel to client locations as needed.
• Knowledge of claims review and analysis; Medicare DDE systems and payer websites desirable.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with commercial, governmental, and other payers to resolve claim payment issues and secure reimbursement.
• Identify denials, variances, and no-response claims; draft and submit technical and clinical appeals.
• Document activity in the client’s host system and/or tracking systems; maintain accuracy and compliance.
