System Six is a fully remote accounting services firm serving US-based clients. We seek an Accounts Payable Associate to manage day-to-day AP for multiple entities and support other accounting tasks in our Enterprise division.

This role is remote with standard professional hours; experience in cloud AP tools and US GAAP is valued. You will be part of a fast-growing, people-first team with flexible scheduling and rewarding compensation.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle AP management in multi-client/multi-entity environment.
• Proficiency in cloud AP processing with 2+ years using Bill, Ramp, QBO.
• Adherence to US GAAP.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large data into financial reports.
• Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients.
• Excellent communication with clients and team across digital channels.
• Humility and openness to coaching; eager to improve.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Joyful, positive attitude in communications.
• Persistence to politely remind others to stay on track.

Responsibilities
