Job summary

SAIC is seeking an Accounts Payable Support Analyst for a remote role within the United States. The position supports daily reporting, analysis and batch jobs for AP invoices, expense reports, and disbursements, reporting to the AP Manager. For the right candidate, remote work is possible across the US.

Responsibilities include processing AP vouchers, EDI processing, account setup, and preparing monthly reports. Requires 5+ years of AP/ accounting experience and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily preprocessor runs, AP voucher postings and disbursements.
• Oversee EDI invoice processing, including resolution of file issues.
• Manage account setup and problem resolution for invoices paid by third parties.
• Review prior-day bank statements to identify items requiring additional action.
• Validate and reconcile prior-day disbursements to ensure proper posting and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly management and regulatory reports.
• Maintain invoice workflow approver table as needed.
