Job summary

SaidGig is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to help maintain accurate and efficient financial operations in a remote, full-time role supporting high-volume invoice processing, payroll activities, and payroll tax administration.

The position requires 2–4 years of hands-on AP experience, strong knowledge of payroll functions, proficiency in accounting software and Excel, and excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Equity may be offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll functions and payroll taxes.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex discrepancies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and promptly investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll processing and ensure payroll taxes are applied correctly.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment inquiries.
• Maintain complete, compliant vendor records.
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements that streamline accounts payable operations.
