Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Accounts Payable professional for a remote-based role out of Wisconsin, Illinois or North Carolina. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a pay range of $26.55–$39.85 per hour.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and supporting AP initiatives across departments to ensure timely payments and supplier satisfaction. Strong ERP and Excel skills, plus healthcare AP experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3 years in healthcare accounts payable.
• Experience with supplier statement reconciliation.
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize daily invoice processing for suppliers and procurement.
• Review discrepancies to ensure AP policy and contract compliance.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and implementation of AP technology.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to identify process improvements.
• Ensure timely invoice payment to prevent order disruption.
