Job summary

Stonebridge Companies in Denver, CO, is seeking an Accounting Trainer to educate hotel staff on hospitality accounting, night audits, A/R/A/P, and month-end procedures.

You will deliver virtual trainings, coach hands-on, and help develop/update training materials while ensuring property compliance with policies. Travel is required. This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with all management levels; prior hotel accounting exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Excellent attention to detail and pattern recognition.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for hotel staff on hospitality accounting, night audit, AR/AP, and month-end procedures.
• Deliver training through virtual sessions and hands-on coaching.
• Assist with development and updating training documents; onboard new properties; travel as required.
