Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for hotel staff on hospitality accounting including night audit, accounts receivable/payable, and month end procedures.
• Conduct training on Stonebridge accounting policies and procedures.
• Deliver training through virtual sessions, and hands‑on coaching.
• Assist with the development of new training and updating current training documents.
• Hotel system trainings including but not limited to PMS, POS, Financials, AP processing.
• Training to include current and newly acquired Stonebridge properties.
• Assess each property’s compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist with onboarding of new properties to assimilate with the accounting team.
• Travel required.
• Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
• Any other duties as required by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Microsoft Excel skillset required.
• Excellent attention to detail and pattern recognition.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hotel front office, administrative, or accounting role preferred.
• Knowledge of USALI or GAAP preferred but not mandatory.
