Job summary

The State of Wyoming is seeking a detail‑oriented fiscal clerk for the Administration & Information Accounting Department. You will apply fiscal guidance, review invoices, and input transactions into the Wyoming On Line Financial Systems (WOLFS) for multiple divisions.

This full‑time teleworking role offers comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, vacation, sick leave, a pension/457B, and flexible schedules. Preference for state experience is noted.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (Finance) is required or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of progressive work experience in Finance for Accounting Clerk level.
• OR 2-4 years of progressive work experience in Finance for Accounting Clerk level.
• No certificates, licenses, or registrations required.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices for discounts, credits, tax, and totals.
• Review contracts to ensure compliance with policies and input into WOLFS.
• Input P-card budget coding into WOLFS.
• Resolve fiscal issues with vendors; assist staff as needed.
• Monitor expenses and revenue for Capitol Complex projects.
• Provide documentation for project reimbursements.
