Guesty is seeking an Accounting Technical Program Manager to serve as SME for the Guesty Accounting Module and guide enterprise customers through complex accounting workflows, owner statements, and month-end processes.

The role emphasizes proactive product adoption, collaboration with Customer Success, and driving accounting excellence to support retention and expansion in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in SaaS or tech environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with trust accounting, property management accounting, or financial SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated experience handling enterprise/strategic accounts during high-pressure financial cycles (e.g., month-end close).
• API literacy in SaaS environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated guidance to enterprise and strategic accounts during end-of-month closing cycles, ensuring reconciliations, payouts, and statement generation.
• Analyze enterprise accounting setups to drive deeper feature adoption and streamline financial workflows.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers on shared strategic accounts to align technical and accounting excellence with client health goals.
• Lead complex consultations to translate property management accounting requirements into optimized Guesty Accounting Module configurations.
