Job summary

Guesty is seeking an Accounting Technical Program Manager to act as the SME for the Guesty Accounting Module, guiding Enterprise and Strategic customers through complex accounting workflows, owner statements, and critical end-of-month processes.

In this role you will drive proactive product adoption, analyze client workflows with the CSM team, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the product roadmap while enabling ongoing best practices within the TPM group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Program Manager in accounting or finance domains.
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows, close processes, and owner statements.
• Ability to partner with Enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Guesty Accounting Module and key technical/financial partner to Enterprise customers.
• Drive proactive product adoption and address adoption gaps with CS and Product teams.
• Lead complex accounting escalations and enable the TPM team with best practices and new features.
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
