Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing AP/AR and GL activities, and continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Proficiency with Accounting Software
• 5+ years progressive corporate accounting with 1 year supervising staff
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or similar is a plus
• GAAP and internal control knowledge
• Detail-oriented with remote-work deadlines
• Strong cross-functional communication

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage the preparation and review of financial statements.
• Supervise accounting staff and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes; ensure timely month-end and year-end close.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide clear financial insights for decision-making.
