Job summary

Latitude Subrogation Services is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead day-to-day accounting operations from a home office. You will oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, client reporting, payment processing and financial recordkeeping in a hands-on leadership capacity.

You will supervise accounting assistants, ensure accuracy and timeliness of records, and partner with senior management on budgets, SOC audits, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable - manage the receipt and processing of incoming payments, such as postings and reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable - manage client remittance payments and reporting, invoice handling and processing, reconciliations.
• Team Leadership - supervise team members, ensure policy adherence, allocate workload, monitor quality and performance.
• Company Financial Records- ensure accuracy/timeliness of all company financial transactions and assist with budgets and SOC audits.
• Client Relationships - maintain strong client communication and accurate reporting on payments and activity.
• Projects - participate in accounting-related projects and tasks as assigned.
• Independent Workload - take on manager-assigned tasks and cross-department projects.
