Job summary

REAL Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented accountant to join a lean, remote team. You will own core accounting functions, manage expenses, and drive improvements across processes and systems as the company evolves its tech stack.

You will support journal entries, reconciliations, AP, and invoicing while partnering with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. This role offers strong growth in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years of accounting experience with journal entries, reconciliations, A/P, and invoicing.
Experience with QuickBooks Online or ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent attention to detail and comfort with transactional accounting.
Strong problem-solving skills and independent work style.
Clear communicator who verifies understanding and executes tasks accurately.
Ability to handle high-volume workloads and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working remotely.

Responsibilities

Support journal entries and general ledger activity.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end close.
Prepare and send client invoices and process vendor invoices and payments.
Own the end-to-end expense process including travel, billing, and internal expenses.
Assist in financial reporting for leadership.
Support ERP systems and system migrations.
Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and cross-functional projects.
