Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate Specialist, Accounting to execute routine journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities in a remote US-based role. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.

The role offers a transparent pay range of $88,600 to $107,600 per year, annual bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive Total Rewards package including benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine journal entries and accounting adjustments under established guidelines.
• Support investigation of discrepancies in ledger accounts and transactional data.
• Follow internal controls and standard accounting procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts, including accruals and prepayments.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Assist in identifying variances and discrepancies and elevate findings for review.
• Maintain organized close documentation and workpapers.
• Assist in preparing routine operational and statutory financial reports.
• Support preparation of accounting schedules and reports for management and auditors.
• Ensure assigned reporting deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
• Support process improvement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining and updating accounting templates and documentation.
• Collaborate with accounting team members and cross-functional finance teams to resolve routine issues.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
