Job summary

eCommerce & Retail Company seeks an experienced accountant to support financial health by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries in an ERP.

You will partner with Amazon and Target on billing, payment reconciliation, and customer compliance, and assist with month-end/year-end close, audits, and process improvements. This 100% remote role follows US Pacific hours and includes healthcare, leave, and learning programs.

Qualifications

• At least five years of accounting experience with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and independent remote work ability.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, customer payments, and cash disbursements with accurate ERP coding.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and prepare AR/AP aging reports.
• Prepare journal entries and financial reports, supporting forecasting and audits.
