Job summary

Oak Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Accounting Services to lead client engagements, supervise accounting staff, and ensure high-quality delivery of managed and fractional accounting services.

The role balances hands-on accounting work with team oversight, process improvement, and proactive client communication. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 7+ years of experience, with CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience across multiple environments.
• Strong technical accounting expertise in U.S. GAAP and close processes.
• Experience coaching staff and driving accountability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engagement manager for multiple client organizations.
• Oversee monthly close, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting.
• Coach Senior Accountants and Accountants; ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Maintain internal controls and ethical standards across engagements.
• Develop KPI reporting and financial analysis for clients.
