Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee strategic direction, development of the accounting organization, and the monthly close process. You will partner with the Assistant Corporate Controller to design an efficient finance function.

The role requires leading change in accounting, driving talent development, and delivering robust financial reporting using Power BI; extensive system governance and cross-functional initiatives are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6–8 years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience, or High School Diploma with 9+ years of related experience and 5+ years of leadership.
• Master's Degree or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, team development, and process leadership for a large, complex growing business while assisting the Assistant Corporate Controller.
• Lead change management for accounting team and develop talent.
• Manage the monthly close process and prepare financial statements; reconcile GL accounts.
• Lead initiatives including system rollouts, acquisitions integrations, process improvements, and external audits.
• Govern key systems in VIP (fixed assets, treasury, leases, GL).
• Develop financial reporting tools in Power BI or similar tools.
• Travel up to 25%.
