Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks a senior finance leader to provide strategic direction, develop talent, and oversee the monthly close, financial statements, and GL reconciliations. This role anchors governance over key systems such as VIP and leads critical system rollouts and audits.

The position is remote with onboarding at the Rosemont, IL headquarters for about 3 months and may require up to 25% domestic travel; Master’s/CPA preferred for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma with 9+ years of related experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Preferred Master's degree or CPA.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, team development, and process leadership for a large complex growing business.
• Lead change management process for accounting team and talent development.
• Manage the monthly close process, including preparation of financial statements and GL reconciliations.
• Lead business initiatives and system rollouts, acquisitions integration, and external audits.
• Govern key systems in VIP, including fixed assets, treasury, leases, and GL systems.
• Develop financial reporting tools in Power BI or similar tools.
• Travel up to 25% is required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

• This is a remote position but candidates are expected to report into our Rosemont, IL HQ during onboarding (3 Months) and would require 25% domestic travel**

Position Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, team development, and process leadership for a large complex growing business while assisting the Assistant Corporate Controller in designing an effective and efficient Finance organization
• Lead change management process for accounting team and be a key developer of talent for the organization
• Manage the monthly close process, including preparation of financial statements, reconciliation of GL accounts, etc.
• Lead business initiatives and strategies, including system rollouts, integration of new acquisitions, process improvements and the external audit process
• Manage the governance over key systems in VIP, including fixed assets, treasury, leases, and other general ledger systems
• Develop financial reporting tools in Power Bi or other data reporting tools
• Travel up to 25% required
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education And Experience
