Prix Fixe Accounting is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager – Pod Lead to maintain accounting standards and manage a team of accountants. This position emphasizes relationship-building with clients and directing staff training efforts.

The successful candidate will oversee payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable management, and reporting while fostering a supportive team environment.

Located in Massachusetts, both North Adams and remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Client Accounting Services.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accounting standard operating procedures and management of team.
• Assist accountants in developing a strong understanding of accounting processes.
• Complete accounting tasks and manage client communication.
• Train new employees and ensure adherence to SOPs.
