Located in Massachusetts, both North Adams and remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Client Accounting Services.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting standard operating procedures and management of team.
• Assist accountants in developing a strong understanding of accounting processes.
• Complete accounting tasks and manage client communication.
• Train new employees and ensure adherence to SOPs.
