Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting operations for the U.S.

government subsidiary, ensuring GAAP compliance, timely close, and accurate financial reporting across multiple systems including Unanet, NetSuite, and Salesforce. The role reports to the General Manager of Federal and partners with finance, contracts, and operations to manage revenue recognition under ASC 606, timekeeping compliance, and internal controls while mentoring accounting staff in

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in U.S. government contract accounting and compliance (FAR, DCAA, CAS).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and SSP.
• Experience coordinating external audits with auditors.
• Proficiency with Unanet, Salesforce, and NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations for the U.S. government subsidiary.
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reporting.
• Oversee revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Ensure timekeeping compliance and internal controls.
• Manage external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain GL, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Lead process improvements and automation.
