Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or equivalent field.
• 5+ years of relevant and progressive financial analysis experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and ability to apply it to business decisions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly pre-close and close processes, revenue and COGS recognition, and inventory costing.
• Provide leadership and development for a team of direct reports.
• Develop and maintain processes for timely financial data analysis and controls.
• Maintain internal control structure and risk assessment for reporting.
• Review monthly P&L and prepare variance analysis.
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
