Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or related field.
• 3+ years of Accounting experience including month-end close, preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Experience working with general ledger / sub-ledger accounting applications
• Solid understanding and practical application of U.S. GAAP
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of core accounting functions, including general ledger activities, financial analysis and reporting.
• Manage month-end close process for assigned products in GAAP alignment and company policy.
• Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve complex issues.
• Develop and maintain accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close and financial reporting activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy of accounting processes.
