The candidate should have a BA/BS in Finance or Accounting, be proficient in MS Word/Excel and accounting databases, and possess strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. The position emphasizes confidentiality and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance/Accounting preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel and an accounting database system.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information and interface with management.
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements.
• Develop audit schedules and update financial information monthly.
• Reconcile bank accounts (operational, sweep, payroll, investments) and related ledgers.
• Prepare journal entries for the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers with data research.
• Maintain account balances and reconcile differences with external sources.
• Develop reports such as financial analysis and depreciation as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
