We offer a 50/50 partner compensation model with no cap and top performers earning six figures. You’ll join a team of seasoned recruiting professionals and benefit from our extensive search tools and resources.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage accounting & finance professionals for client searches.
• Manage relationships with clients and candidates to close placements.
