NorthPoint Search Group is seeking an Accounting & Finance Recruiting Partner for a fully remote role. Your primary leverage will be an established network of CFOs, controllers, hiring managers, and business owners to open doors and place top accounting and finance professionals.

We offer a 50/50 partner compensation model with no cap and top performers earning six figures. You’ll join a team of seasoned recruiting professionals and benefit from our extensive search tools and resources.

COMPENSATION

50/50 split — one of the highest in the industry. Own both sides of a deal and you keep the full partner split. No cap. Top performers earn six figures.
