Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience.
• Accounting and Finance recruiting experience required.
• Experience working a full-desk or split-desk recruiting model.
• Proven ability to generate placements and build strong candidate relationships.
• Hungry, motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Midwest-based candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit accounting and finance professionals for direct hire and contract opportunities
• Source, screen, and develop relationships with qualified candidates
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of accounting and finance talent
• Manage candidates throughout the interview, offer, and placement process
• Partner with the sales team on client needs and open positions
• For full-desk recruiters, develop new client relationships and generate job orders
