Qualifications

• Experience in agency staffing or recruiting is required.
• Proven track record with full-cycle recruiting.
• Business development or client-facing experience.
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full desk across the Accounting & Finance market.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines; manage interview and offer process.
• Develop new client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Grow and manage your own book of business; identify opportunities within existing accounts.
