Job summary

Jobot is hiring an Experienced Agency Recruiter to join a remote-first team serving clients nationwide. You will drive new business development, manage client development and candidate recruitment, and leverage our ATS and tech stack to place top talent.

We offer a generous compensation structure with commissions and bonuses, a strong emphasis on autonomy, and annual events. This role focuses on Accounting & Finance recruiting with opportunities across specialties.

Qualifications

Staffing Agency Experience: Currently or most recently employed at a staffing agency with 2+ years of experience
Full-Desk Recruiting Expertise: Proven ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment
Performance & Revenue Accountability: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placement
Relationship Nurturing: maintain your strong relationships both internally and externally

Responsibilities

New Business Development: Using your top-notch sales skills to bring in and retain clients
Recruitment: Utilizing our premiere tech stack including our custom built ATS, Jax, to find candidates who match your clients open positions
