• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Full-desk recruiting expertise: manage client development and candidate recruitment.
• Performance & revenue accountability: proven success in meeting or exceeding placements.
• Relationship nurturing: maintain strong relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: using your top-notch sales skills to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: utilizing our premiere tech stack including our custom built ATS, Jax, to find candidates who match your clients' open positions.
• Lead with kindness + respect.
