Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Full-desk recruiting experience required.
• Performance & revenue accountability.
• Relationship nurturing with internal and external stakeholders.
• ATS proficiency preferred (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: utilize our tech stack including Jax to match candidates to openings.
