512Financial is seeking an Accounting Consultant to support diverse clients with accurate financials, budgeting analysis, and strategic decision support. You’ll work under a Senior Consultant, gaining exposure to many accounting functions across industries while collaborating with top-tier professionals.

This high-impact, fast-learning role requires adaptability, a proactive mindset, and a track record of delivering reliable financial insights in a remote, client-focused environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Organizational/analytical skills.
• Microsoft Excel familiarity.
• Ability to perform account reconciliations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in ERPs (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Software accounting experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize big-ticket items.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable with accuracy.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity.
• Forecast short-term cash needs.
• Enter monthly journal entries.
• Support third-party audits and reviews.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights.
• Partner with team members and clients to meet and exceed deadlines.
