512Financial is a fast-growing advisory firm offering fractional Finance, Accounting, HR, and strategic planning services. We are seeking an Accounting Consultant to support diverse clients, maintain accurate financials, analyze budgets, and provide insights under a Senior Consultant’s guidance.

The role is fully remote with eligibility restricted to residents of CO, TX, SC, GA, PA, CA, UT, FL, RI, or MI. You will wear many hats, grow quickly, and help clients make smart decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform account reconciliations.
• Experience with ERPs (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable with accuracy.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity.
• Forecast short-term cash needs.
• Enter monthly journal entries.
• Support third-party audits and reviews.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to meet deadlines.
